Returns Policy
Returns and refunds will not be accepted.
In case of our initial failure please contact us within one week after goods arrival.
At that time please Contact Us with your order number and details about an initial failure of the products you received. We will respond quickly.

Shipping
We will ship our products from Japan by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) or FedEx with tracking number. The shipping costs are weight-based. You will receive your ordered products in about 1 or 2 weeks after shipment. Please note that there is a possibility of delay in delivery due to customs or postal circumstances of each country, and we cannot do anything about the customs issue. So in case the package is returned to us from customs, we have to refund minus the shipping fee and PayPal fee.

Import duties
Please note that import duties or any taxes are obligations for buyers to pay.
